Know the number before you decide. A complimentary home evaluation is a comparative market analysis (CMA): your home, measured against recent sales and current listings of similar nearby properties, adjusted for size, lot, condition, upgrades and location — a pricing guide grounded in the local market.
What it is not
A CMA is not a formal appraisal by a designated appraiser, and it does not replace an appraisal a lender may order.
